If you have bought digital material from us and you want to cancel, this is where you do it. It takes two screens and no account.

Something went wrong on our side, and we did not record anything. Please try again, and if it happens twice write to [email protected] — a cancellation sent by email counts exactly as much as one sent from this page.

What happens when you cancel
We record your cancellation and send you an acknowledgement by email with the date and the time. Within fourteen days of the day you bought it, we refund what you paid: the refund is issued within one business day and the money usually appears in five to ten business days, depending on your bank. After fourteen days, your cancellation is recorded just the same and a person reads it and replies within one business day — we would rather say that than promise you an automatic refund we have not decided on yet. Your access to the material you cancelled stops working.

A cancellation sent to [email protected] counts exactly as much as one sent from this page. This page exists because it is faster and because you should not have to compose a letter to undo a purchase — not because it is the only way.

European law provides a standard form for this, and we have to make it available. You do not have to use it — the page above and a plain email both work — but if you want the exact wording, here it is, ready to copy.

If the problem is not the purchase
Most of what people cancel for is a file that did not download or a code typed with an O instead of a zero, and both take us a minute to fix. If that is your case, write first: you can always come back to this page, and the fourteen days do not run out while we are answering you.
